The Window Tint Technician will be responsible for installing automotive, residential, commercial, and equipment window films with a high level of skill and attention to detail. This role also requires assisting with other services, including detailing, paint corrections, ceramic coatings, and maintaining shop cleanliness.

• Perform professional installation of window tint on vehicles, residential, commercial, and agricultural/construction equipment
   
• Ensure clean, precise, and durable installations that meet company standards
   
• Assist with additional services such as detailing, paint corrections, ceramic coatings, and PPF when required
   
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
   
• Provide excellent customer service and represent the company professionally
   

• Minimum of 2 years of professional window tinting experience (automotive preferred; flat glass experience a plus)
   
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
   
• Willingness to assist in all areas of shop operations
   
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
   
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
   
• Willingness to train the right candidate if not fully experienced

Paint Protection Film (PPF) Technician – Full Time

The Tint and Detail Clinic, Rochester’s #1 Choice for Window Tinting and Auto Detailing three years in a row, is seeking a full-time Paint Protection Film (PPF) Technician to join our growing team. We are known for high-quality work, professionalism, and a customer-first approach.

We operate with a family-first mentality and are looking for a skilled professional who values precision, teamwork, and craftsmanship.

The Paint Protection Film Technician will be responsible for the professional installation of PPF on vehicles of all types. This role also includes assisting with additional services such as detailing, ceramic coatings, paint corrections, and general shop support.

• Perform precise and professional installation of paint protection film (partial and full coverage applications)
   
• Ensure clean, accurate installations with an emphasis on long-lasting results
   
• Assist with ceramic coating applications, paint corrections, detailing, and other shop services as needed
   
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
   
• Provide excellent customer service and represent the company with professionalism
   

• Minimum of 2 years of professional PPF installation experience preferred
   
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
